We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coastal Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations within our FMCG/Manufacturing business.
The ideal candidate must be a completed B COM honours with completed articles or qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or completed CIMA Qualificationwith a strong background in manufacturing financial management costing strategic planning and compliance within the FMCG manufacturing sector. This role is critical in ensuring financial efficiency cost control and alignment with corporate objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee the financial performance of HQ ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and present consolidated financial reports budgets forecasts and variance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure financial statements comply with relevant financial regulations.
- Lead monthend and yearend closing processes including reconciliations and financial audits.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Develop implement and monitor financial strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Manage sitelevel and grouplevel budgets ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Provide financial insights to operational teams to drive cost efficiency and revenue growth.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations financial laws and internal controls.
- Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow working capital and liquidity to support business operations.
- Oversee accounts payable receivables and inventory financing strategies.
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize financial efficiencies.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor finance teams across the three sites ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior management operational teams and external stakeholders to drive financial decisionmaking.
- Act as the key finance liaison between the sites and corporate leadership.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or completed CIMA qualification
- 810 experience in financial management within the Manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Experience managing multisite operations is highly advantageous.
- Strong costing experience in Manufacturing
- Multiple sites Management for Inland
