Job Description
To effectively Partner with Business while ensuring Excellence in HR Service Delivery through deployment of HR Plans Policies Systems and Processes uniformly across the organization in collaboration with Regional HR.
To drive employee productivity and engagement through effective Employee Life cycle Management
- Business Partnership
Partnering with Biz at all levels to ensure effective HR Service Delivery to all stakeholders by understanding biz & aligning the people strategy Collaborate with Strategic HR for formulation of Business Specific Plans Budgets & Proposals
- Policy Deployment Uniform deployment of HR Policies/Systems/Processes across Units
- Statutory Compliance and Environmental Management
- HR Shared Services
Ensuring HR Service Delivery Excellence through centralized Shared Services and extensive use of Technology for HR delivery
- Talent Acquisition and Biz Trainee schemes Executive Trainee GET and DETs
- Continuously focus on enhancement of employee productivity across Biz Functions
- Effective HR Service Delivery
- Deployment of and Compliance to HR Plans
- Statutory Compliance
- Effective Resourcing for Biz Timely & Quality
HR SSC
- 100 System Availability for all HRIT Platforms
- Accurate and timely availability of Employee data/MIS
- Service delivery as per SLAs
- 20 Years of exp in various verticals of HR including a rich exp in HR Generalist Role in a large organization
- Post Graduate in Mgt/HR
