- Communicates effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication whether by email phone or in person
- Satisfy the transportation needs of internetgenerated customers
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Coordinates internet promotions with dealership management
- Keeps abreast of new products features accessories etc. and their benefits to customers
- Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately
- Deliver new vehicle to customers
