Job Description
As the Product Manager for Ads Measurement & Data Privacy you will be instrumental in shaping the future of privacycentric measurement solutions enabling advertisers to understand and optimize the value of Pinterest. Your work will ensure that Pinterest advertisers can gain meaningful insights maximizing the impact of their campaigns while safeguarding user data.
What youll do:
- Work with user research data scientists and the sales team to develop a deep customer understanding
- Lead a crossfunctional team to define the product strategy and roadmap for ads measurement focusing on first party methods
- Develop clear product requirements and work with engineering design data analytics product marketing research teams and other product teams to deliver customer impact
- Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally to ensure you have the support and comprehension you need to be successful
- Make difficult tradeoff decisions to ensure the team is working on the most impactful areas
What were looking for:
- Ads measurement or data privacy experience is a plus but required
- Ads measurement experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and workflows
- Great business judgment ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
- Ability to lead teams and work crossfunctionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
