Job Description

St. Marys High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Science Math Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Algebra 1 Algebra 2 and Geometry fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment that inspires students to explore the sciences.Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.Utilize various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.Conduct lessons that include handson activities to enhance student understanding.Assess and monitor student progress through assignments projects and assessments.Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Collaborate with colleagues administrators and parents to support student success.Participate in school events professional development and extracurricular activities as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related field (Masters preferred).Valid State teaching certification in Science (or eligibility to obtain certification).Experience teaching high school math courses preferred.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Passion for math education and student growth.Join the St. Marys High School team and inspire the next generation of scientists!
