Business Segment Overview: Engage in a deep variety of businesscritical activities that keep our company running efficiently. Position Purpose: Working within the IT organization and reporting to the Business Resiliency Manager the Business Continuity Manager is responsible to assist in the implementation and maintenance of the firms business continuity program across the firm. Business Resiliency at StoneX is comprised of both Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. This position will focus on the business continuity program.

The Business Continuity Manager ensures efficiency and reliability are built into all business resiliency management activities. Functional elements of this position include ownership of the business resiliency platform and strategic documentation; development of business disruption response strategies; leadership in significant events response; oversight of plan maintenance and testing processes; of training and awareness activities; and interaction with various parties both internal and external. This position also champions business resiliency throughout the organization and serves as key point of contact during significant events.

Primary duties will include:

• Assist in the development and of the organizations business resiliency management strategy in alignment with best practices and other standards specifically related to Business Continuity.
• Serve as contributor to the business resiliency managementrelated materials including business resiliency policies and standards and the organizations enterprise business resiliency management system and plan.
• Perform maintenance and testing functions for the enterprise business resiliency systems.
• Support business units in the identification of critical processes and functions formulation of responses to business disruptions completion of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) updates and performance of ongoing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) maintenance and testing activities.
• Perform periodic reviews of plan structure/format and update as needed to ensure alignment to changes in the business and threat environment.
• Incorporate new business units systems and processes into the business resiliency program.
• Perform proactive assessments of organizationwide and departmentlevel strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and reliability in business resiliency management practices.
• Provide periodic reports on overall program status and effectiveness.
• Assist and guide business resiliency managers within the business units.
• Assist with the development and implementation of an integrated testing strategy that incorporates people processes and technology; and support business units in the performance of annual testing exercises and other processes designed to ensure the sustainability of business resiliency management practices.
• Design and execute the organizations business resiliency management awareness and training program.
• Provide support during organizational responses to business disruption events.
• Generate the performance of business disruption afteraction reviews and the documentation of results. Analyze impact to determine if changes to current business resiliency plans and/or processes are required.
• Log business disruption events and tests and report results to management.
• Support audit and regulatory review activities and prepare responses to audit and exam findings related to business resiliency. Track and drive the resolution of all corrective action activity.
• Review business resiliencyrelated vendor relationships.
• Assist in developing and coordinating the organizations community/regional disaster response and relocation strategy.
• Serve as the organizations pandemic plan coordinator maintaining all pandemic plan documentation and tracking regional and national events that may result in the declaration of a pandemic event.
• Maintain awareness of current legislation regulatory compliance requirements and conditions affecting the organizations business resiliencyrelated responsibilities.
• Maintain appropriate certifications throughout employment.
• Perform other business resiliency and risk management duties as assigned.

To land this role you will need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business resiliency planning or operations for a midsized organization.
• Experience with a business resiliency management program at the organizational level specifically for business continuity.
• Project management knowledge or experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff/management and third parties.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical resources and front office staff during both planning and realworld incident handling.
• Strong understanding of networking storage desktop applications telephony concepts security and how each correlate and interact with each other.
• Ability to manage stress under fast changing conditions.
• Strong communication skills.

What makes you stand out:

• Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP CCCE DRCP or MBCP) or similar accreditation preferred but not required.
• Business Continuity planning and testing.
• Working knowledge/expertise with Fusion Risk Management and Everbridge preferred.
• Financial Services experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Crisis Management planning/testing experience.
