Job summary:
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic energetic and ambitious Team Leader to join our Gurusiksha Team and build a strong portfolio of clients.
Salary: Rs. 28000 RS. 35000
Job Location: Sector V Kolkata
Pref. Experience: 1 3 Years
Responsibilities and duties:
- Recruiting and training new sales staff assigning specific tasks to other sales staff and monitoring the teams sales performance.
- Maintaining positive customer relations.
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
- Oversee the process to attract new clients.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or relevant role.
- Fluent Proficiency in English & Hindi.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
