A Form Carpenter job in Charleston SCis available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous carpentry experience. As a carpenter you will construct erect install and repair structures and fixtures of wood steel plywood and concrete.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Verify trueness of structures with plumb bob lasers carpenter level squares and transits prior to concrete placements.
• Constructs forms and chutes for concrete placement.
• Assembles and ties reinforcing steel.
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as saws drills roto hammers grinder etc.
• Responsible for adhering to Garney safety policies and procedures.
• Promote Garney Goals and Philosophies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1 to 3 years of construction experience.
• Firm knowledge of carpenter structures forms and tools.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required.
