• Build walls hang and finish drywall ensuring a seamless finish.
• Perform comprehensive carpentry tasks including framing trim installation and remodeling based on blueprints and work scope documents.
• Install maintain and repair structural elements such as walls ceilings flooring doors and hardware.
• Use power tools safely and efficiently; handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Estimate material requirements and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean organized work environment and ensure equipment is in excellent condition.
• Work independently while effectively communicating with team members and clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and building codes.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of carpentry experience with a strong focus on drywall and residential construction.
• High school diploma GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50lbs and perform tasks requiring stooping kneeling and climbing.
• Commitment to punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Valid drivers license
