Job Description
An international company with a facility near Novi MI is currently seeking a Field Service Technician for longterm opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Field Service or Maintenance Technicians looking for a company that offers great benefits career growth development and competitive rates.
Field Service Technicians will be working fulltime and rates are anticipated to be between $75000$85000/year salary with overtime pay available over 40 hours based on each candidates experience and education. All wellqualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefitsincluding great medical dental vision vacation bonuses and more.
Local candidates are preferred but any candidate within the continental US is welcome to apply as long as the travel requirements can be met.
Qualified Field Service Technicians will possess most if not all of the following skills and experience:
- 5 years of recent / relevant experience with commissioning metal processing combustion furnaces or closely related equipment.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical control systems.
- Experience servicing troubleshooting and commissioning/installing gas combustion and piping systems.
- Ability to debug Allen Bradley HMI and PLCs.
- Ability to travel up to 95 overnight for installations within the US with some travel to Canada Mexico and internationally on occasion.
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
- Complete standard prehire checks including background drug screen references etc.
