As the Root Cellar continues to grow exponentially we are lookingto add a full time Assistant Manager Produce to our McKenzie Corner team. Ourbestinclass produce department is at the heart of the Root Cellar and ourAssistant Manager Produceis an upandcoming leader in the making who shares our passionfor food community and teamwork. Our customerfacing produce department is anupbeat work environment where we take great pride in elevating both foodappreciation and food values.
As ourAssistant Manager Produce youll be as enthusiasticabout good food and good people as we are. Youll be an integral member of ourmanagement team leading our produce team by example providing exceptionalservice to our customers and nurturing relationships with vendors andcommunity members. - 2 years of produce department experience.
- Experience in a supervisory or management rolean asset.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours includingdays evenings and weekends.
- Strong business sense proven track record of positiveresults.
- Excellent collaboration communication andorganizational skills.
- A passion for food and a love for fast pacedwork environments.
