Location:
Radnor PA (Airgas HO) ManagementHouston TX (HO) Support functions Hub CorporateOrganizational Effectiveness Improvement:
Organizational Design aligned with cluster regional and group strategy (Spans & Layers)
Provide support for successful M&A integration as well as support for targeted divestitures
Propose and implement methods and KPIs to assess organizational performance
Perform regular internal and external benchmarking including the monitoring and analyzing of approaches that can bring the greatest value to the organization.
Development of organizational effectiveness & change management
Change Management leveraging PROSCI ADKAR & 3Phase models to support interventions projects & initiatives
Help build the change management competency and community of practice
In coordination with AL create OD and change management programs / events
Drive and guide the selection of the appropriate change management interventions which can result in the highest impact
Support to Customers
Assist business units and functions in their respective transformations
Advise HR colleagues/ business leaders
Provide project management expertise to drive projects to successful completion
Viewed as a trusted advisor and coach to HRVPs and business leaders offering strategic insight and support for critical projects
Build strong relationships with senior level leaders providing expertlevel guidance and consultation
Viewed as a doer and not just a strategy expert. Role will identify gaps and then work to fill those gaps with innovative and creative solutions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business HR or related degree field required; MBA or Masters degree in HR I/O Psychology or related business field is preferred.
7 years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness and HR Business Partnership with emphasis in change management team effectiveness and organization design;
Experience in managing external consultant groups including needs analysis development of service offerings oversight of project effectiveness and client relationship management;
Very strong project management experience leading and supporting highly complex regional and global initiatives. PMI certification desired.
Systems thinker with experience linking initiatives across functional teams and areas
Very strong organizational change management experience. Certification from Prosci is highly preferred.
Deep domain expertise in organizational design required. Experience leading largescale crossfunctional organizational design initiatives highly preferred.
Experience in job design group dynamics group process facilitation communication planning and a strong proficiency analyzing data to gain insight into performance.
Use and familiarity with multiple change team building strategy and competency models.
Ability to align team organization functional cluster initiatives in partnership with Senior Leadership to drive change in a systematic way
Demonstrated experience working with senior management including CEO and Csuite executives.
Seeking candidates with a strong service orientation and sense of urgency
Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible in adapting solutions to changing situations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities between client work and program development in a fastpaced environment
Prior experience managing others desired
