Branch Manager
Exempt
Reports To: Senior Operations Manager
The anticipated closing date for the posting is 5/11/2025
POSITIONSUMMARY:
The Branch Manager willbe responsible forall employees and activities at the branch. This role will be liable for properlymaintaininga highvalue inventory and providingandmaintainingexcellent customer service. You will also beaccountable for accurately scheduling employees and shifts with safety productivity and customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Accurately present the Mygrant message to customers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with and training on all company policies including state and federal regulations.
- Meet current branch goals annual branch budget and profitably grow respective branch.
- Develop business plans for branch operations
- Define branch goals & communicate throughout the branch.
- Monitor andmaintainbranch performance goals/standards.
- Coach all branch employees to succeed in ensuring referrals and branch sales goals.Oversee andmonitorbranch sales.
- Ensure effective branch succession and efficient branch operation.Promote growth/development of branch employees.
- Recruit and train staff at the branch.
- Oversee the overall security of branch and branch employees.
- Coordinating branch activities to ensure smooth operation of branch.
- Participate and develop branch sales promotions
- Additional duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Proven leadership team building and communication skills
- Live and work witha very highlevel of integrity
- Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork customer focus and respect
- Keen eye for detail and safety
- Numerous years of experience with inventory control inventory reconciliation and cycle counting
- Direct involvement in developing customer service experiences and exceeding expectations
- High levelof experience with Microsoft products
- Proventrack recordof a minimum of four years in management of at least fifteen employees including recruiting hiring and developing top talent
- Experience with both fleet and MHE safety and maintenance
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes; Ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction and making fine discriminations in sound; Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects;. Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or upright for prolonged periods of time traverse stairs maneuver in tight spaces reach overhead squat bend kneel stoop and crouch extended periods of time during 810hour work shift.
