We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students with diverse learning needs.Job Description: We are looking for a licensed Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction and support to elementary students with disabilities. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with general education teachers support staff and families to create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic social and emotional growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs.Provide differentiated instruction and interventions to support student learning.Collaborate with general education teachers specialists and paraprofessionals to ensure students receive appropriate accommodations and modifications.Monitor and assess student progress adjusting instruction as needed.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and support strategies.Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal state and district policies.Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay current on best practices in special education.Qualifications:Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License.Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education.Experience working with elementary students with disabilities preferred.Strong knowledge of special education laws IEP development and instructional strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
