P1C3STSRequired SkillsHandson experience of Linux 8.x operating system for 5 years at an advanced level.Experience with Service Oriented Architecture Distributed Systems Scripting such as Python and shell Relational database (E.g. Sybase DB2 SQL Postgres)Handson experience of web servers (Apache / Nginx) Application Servers (Tomcat / JBoss) to include application integration configuration and troubleshooting.Handson experience Docker containers Kubernetes and SaaS platform integrationExposure and experience messaging technology like KafkaClear concept of load balancer web proxies and storage platforms like NAS / SAN from an implementation perspective only.Familiar with basic security policies for secure hosting solutions Kerberos and standard encryption methodologies including SSL and TLS.Prior experience managing large webbased ntier applications in secure environments on cloudStrong knowledge SRE Principles with grasp over tools / approach to apply themStrong infrastructure knowledge in Linux / Unix admin Storage Networking and Web TechnologiesExperience in troubleshooting Application Issues and Managing IncidentsExposure to tools like Open Telemetry Prometheus Grafana Splunk AnsibleExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Desired / Nice to have skillsExposure to Big Data platforms like Hadoop / Cloudera and ELK StackWorking knowledge of workflow orchestration tool like AirflowFamiliarity with caching DB like Redis NoSQL database and SPARQLCapacity planning and performance tuning exerciseIdentity management protocols like OIDC / OAuth SAML LDAP integrationCloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus.Working knowledge of GenAI LLM modelsExperience in Cloud / Distributed computing technology or certification is a plusExperience5 to 8 years in a similar role of handson application / middleware specialist.Prior experience of working in a global financial organization is an advantageLocation The candidate will be based at Morgan Stanleys office in Mumbai.
