- Full Time 35 hours per week
- Temporary 12month opportunity
- Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally with a focus on Queanbeyan Armidale Dubbo and Coffs Harbour
- Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary starting from $125693.00 super and leave loading
About the Role
This role provides highlevel technical support for DPIRDs ICT systems ensuring the effective installation monitoring and maintenance of the departments network systems and associated hardware and software. Based in a Regional NSW Hub the successful candidate will deliver both remote and deskside ICT support to regional employees while actively contributing to ICT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality ICT support services ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance ICT systems and processes.
- Provide specialist advice on ICT operations and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are upheld within all ICT activities.
- Participate in outofhours emergency support as required.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant experience and/or tertiary qualification in Computer Science ICT or a related field.
- Industry certifications in networking and operating system technologies (highly regarded).
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to manage complex ICT issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in system integration across multiple technology platforms.
