Contribute in fostering a culture of openness collaboration and ownership under PACT guidelines to propel the organisation from being good to great.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
People and Culture
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Manpower Planning collaborate with site leadership team to plan and manage manpower based on business forecasts and operational needs to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal workforce productivity within plant
Recruitment manage recruitment process to source select and onboard talent using a mix of internal and external talent pools as per Talent Acquisition SOP. Utilize methods such as competencybased interviews psychometric assessments and referral programs using applicant tracking systems and controlling recruitment costs.
HR OPEX Budgeting Prepare and manage HR budgets with a focus on costeffectiveness and alignment with business objectives
Learning and Development
Drive PACT onboarding for all new joiners/recruits in collaboration with the Plant training team
Partner with the Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team to deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
Participate in training programs as an observer and provide valuable recommendations to the training/ L&OD team to enhance program effectiveness and overall impact
HR Operations
Efficiently manage employee life cycle processes using HRIS platform with accurate and complete employee data
Support employees in corporate employee benefit programs at site level
Ensure compliance of Admin SOPs defined as per cGMP requirements
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and SOPs on the site rolled out by Corporate Human Resources
Contribute to HRIS testing implementation of new modules/ features and drive awareness on its usage in the site
Review attrition dashboards along with the site leadership team every month and prepare findings for management reviews
Performance Management
Ensure goal setting as per PACT guidelines midyear reviews and final evaluations to ensure a timely thorough and effective appraisal process
Oversee training needs analysis through performance management systems and facilitate inhouse training as needed
Collaborate with cross functional managers on preparation of career pathing and providing opportunities for internal talent development
Collaborate with respective cross functional teams and Corporate HR to drive competitive compensation packages to retain top talent
Coordinate with Corporate HR team to manage increment and promotion decisions aligned with internal stakeholders
Employee Engagement
Initiate employee engagement in collaboration with site leadership team to enhance engagement and productivity
Drive implementation of employee reward and recognition initiatives as per PACT
Facilitate communication among employees and managers to ensure a collaborative work environment
Develop and implement actionable insights for continuous enhancement of PACT leadership behaviors based on analysis of PULSE surveys
Report findings related to any trend/ concern observed in employee behaviours during Gemba walks etc with Site leadership team/ corporate functional heads
Employee Retention Management
Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement retention initiatives for top/critical talent
Analyse attrition data including third party exit report to identify trends and develop proactive action plans to address emerging issues
Implement a smooth exit process for positive exit experience
Labour Relations and Compliance
Ensure labour compliance for employees and contractual workmen
Manage disciplinary issues in the site by taking appropriate actions in collaboration with site leadership team and Corporate HR
Liaise with local authorities and administration for statutory labour compliance
HR Team Management
Participate in goal setting as per PACT KRA/ KPI guidelines conduct regular performance assessments and offer developmental feedback to team
Coach and mentor team members support their capability development and growth through initiatives such as onthejob training mentoring crossfunctional projects and providing a learning environment.
Consistently demonstrate leadership behaviours (Dos & Donts) defined as per PACT
