Job Functions
Documents office support for six reservation centers throughout Vail Resorts for all ground transportation lift tickets and mail final documents to the guest.
Qualifications:
- Customer focused and able to solve problems effectively
- Ability to run reports and analyze data.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
- A positive attitude strong attention to detail and ability to multitask required
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays required
- Knowledge of RPOS system preferred
- Knowledge of LMS system preferred
- Knowledge of Tour Partner system preferred
Compensation is $10.45 per hour
