Job Description
A renowned Magnetrecognized hospital in White Plains NY is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Observation Unit. In this role you will assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients within the department. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families work collaboratively with other healthcare staff and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to a diverse patient population.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients needs.
- Document care provided and the patients progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medication to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- BSN Required
- Active RN license.
- 1 years of nursing experience.

- Fulltime permanent position
- Hours; 7p7a Nights
- Pay: $111800$146800 depending on experience
