TekCom Resources is seeking an Operations Managerfor a directhire role with a fiber infrastructure firm in the Fremont OH area!
As Operations Manager you will provide oversight of OSP construction projects occurring in and around Fremont OH your work will be predominately office based and your market will be 100 miles in and around Fremont OH. If you have experience as a OSP Construction Manager or Project Manager and have assisted with financial management project tracking project operations budgeting vendor management and client communication this role will likely be a great fit!
Our clients projects in this market will involve the upgrade of coax and fiber infrastructure for a large nationwide broadband service provider. The project will involve both aerial and underground Outside Plant Construction work to upgrade equipment at each node in order to increase the broadband speed of the network.
Our client is seeking someone looking for a longterm (even permanent) home you will be a fulltime employee from day one and will have access to company vehicle and benefits when eligible. Bonus and advancement opportunities will be available for this role as well.
Your duties will include:
Oversight of all aspects of the regions business including vendor management tracking providing updates and receiving feedback from end clients etc.
Verifying with staff on the ground that work is being completed to company standards making occasional site visits as part of this verification.
Monitoring overall crew performance and assisting with personnel decisions.
Administrative tasks such as vendor selection and billing service agreement preparation and P&L tracking and other related tasks.
Assisting with enforcement of company policies and safety requirements.
