POSITION: DIRECT BILL SPECIALIST
REPORTS TO: ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR
POSITION SUMMARY
This person will support the MMA SW BI/PCS Direct Bill team. Will support the team to accurate and timely completion of cash receipt application and resolve historic unapplied items. This person can be located in an office other than Dallas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the maintenance of internal files on shared drive to ensure information is accurate and useful
- Effectively communicate with team members
- Establish and consistently maintain effective and positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Demonstrate MMAs core values in interactions with peers team members clients and vendors
- Proactive Client Service
- Assist in researching and resolving issues that come up related to vendor payables and cash receipts
- Partner with internal teams and external parties
- Additional Responsibilities Necessary to Successfully Complete Role
- Any other duties that may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
- Prior success and experience operating in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have strong technical skills
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft products including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
