Job Description
THE TEAM
The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management Department is to prevent detect and resolve loss.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product property people and clients at our Distribution Centre in New Westminster BC. As the Risk Coordinator you will support with executing and educating on the daytoday prevention detection and resolution of loss throughout all our locations. THE ROLE
As the Risk Coordinator you will:
- Minimize the loss of merchandise
- Protect our people our clients and our communities
- Ensure the security of our physical assets
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Risk Coordinator has:
- Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in Enterprise Risk Management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $20$40 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
