As an Automotive Service Consultant youll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our customers throughout their vehicle service experience. From the moment they arrive youll be there to provide expert advice clear communication and topnotch supportensuring every customer feels confident cared for and informed.
What Youll Do:
- Be the first friendly face in the service drive!
- Clearly communicate service recommendations and vehicle needs
- Guide customers through the service process with professionalism and care
- Work alongside skilled technicians to ensure a smooth service workflow
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional experience every time
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service (preferred)
- background in customer service retail sales consulting or hospitality
- Techsavvy with solid computer skills a must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
