Demonstrates the ability to learn and use a variety of instructional and behavioral management strategies appropriate to the needs of middle school adolescents and techniques integrating reading writing math and technology throughout the content areas. Maintains appropriate records follows required procedures and practices including the PLC structure and uses data analysis to monitor student achievement.
