Het doel van de rol:
Als technieker (m/v/x) sta je in voorpreventief en correctief onderhoudvan de productieinstallaties gebouwen en Utlilities om zo de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen en de downtime tot een minimum te beperken. Mogelijke risicos op gebied vanveiligheidenkwaliteitkan je detecteren inschatten en escaleren indien nodig. Je geeft advies en technische ondersteuning aan de verschillende afdelingen.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Preventiefonderhoud en inspecties zelfstandig uitvoeren.
- Correctiefonderhoud zelfstandig uitvoeren.
- Correctdocumenterenvan werkzaamheden.
- Verbetervoorstelleninitiren.
- Onder supervisie meewerken aan verbeterprojecten.
- Nieuwewerkinstructiestesten enoptimaliseren.
- Materiaal lijsten opstellen verbeteren voor preventieve onderhoudstaken.
- Elektrische schemas controleren en aanpassen.
Vereisten:
- Hoger Secundair technisch onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- BA5
- 2 jaar ervaring in gelijke rol
- MS office
- Grondige kennis vanmechanisch elektrischen pneumatisch onderhoud Automatisatie (PLC sturingen Robotica BMS) Instrumentatie HVAC installaties VerpakkingsmachinescGMP CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System Shire of SAP)
- Nederlands Engels (basis)
- Je bent bereid tot werken in een3 ploegensysteemmet ploegenpremies (vroege late nacht)
