Responsibilities Include
- Respond and engage with online and instore sales inquiries using our CRM tool online chat email text phone and Social Media.
- Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest.
- Schedule Guests showroom visit test drive and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival.
- Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.
- Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal book of repeat business.
- Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Companypaid training for new candidates.
- Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience not required.
- Bilingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
- Exceptional Guest service skills and desire to achieve CSI scores above manufacturer requirements.
- Excellent verbal & nonverbal skills listening skills and ability to problemsolve.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Present a professional and wellgroomed appearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Some college preferred.
- Must have a valid US government issued Drivers License with motorcycle endorsement safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a preemployment background screening and drug test.
