Were looking for a dynamic and experienced automotive warehouse manager to lead our warehouse operations at Capital Ford in Raleigh NC. In this key role youll ensure smooth efficient and safe operationsoverseeing inventory management team performance and order fulfillment.
What youll be doing:
- Operations management oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storing and distributing automotive parts.
- Team leadership supervise train and mentor warehouse staff to drive performance teamwork and safety compliance.
- Inventory control maintain accurate inventory records conduct audits and ensure stock levels meet business needs.
- Order fulfillment ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations.
- Safety compliance enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean organized warehouse.
- Logistics coordination work with suppliers vendors and internal teams to optimize deliveries and minimize costs.
- Performance tracking monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What were looking for
- Experience 35 years in warehouse management preferably in the automotive industry.
- Education associates or bachelors degree in business logistics or a related field preferred.
- Skills
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
- excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
- Physical requirements ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
