What YOU will do:
Assisting with Nationwide Commercial Exterior Management Programs from development to completion and closeout.
Develop relationships with our Contract Partners to ensure they understand our Scope of Work business requirements and how the Exterior Services team operates.
Contact field personnel to communicate information regarding service activities.
Serve as a liaison between the Quality Services Manager customer management team contractor partner and any other party involved in the transaction.
What YOU have accomplished:
Recently received a Bachelors degree OR will be graduating in December 2024 or May 2025
Work experience in construction management landscaping or restaurant industry preferred.
Powerhouse Emerging Leader program is a leadership development program for recent college graduates looking for an engaging learning environment that will prepare them for a career with Powerhouse. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid work schedule at our office located in Crowley TX.
