Job Description
- Experience in a similar position within a Retail group.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customercentric mindset and ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using pointofsale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays. Business hours are 6am to 7pm Monday to Sunday. 45 hours per week.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Supervise daily store operations ensuring a clean organized and wellmaintained environment.
- Manage and support staff providing training scheduling and performance feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries concerns and complaints promptly.
- Oversee inventory management including ordering stocking and merchandising products.
- Monitor sales implement promotions and support marketing initiatives.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations as well as store policies.
- Handle cash management including opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliations.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales inventory and employee performance.
