Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. This role involves managing project delivery client relationships and financial performance while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning and delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships identifying business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients actively developing business opportunities.
  • Daytoday liaison with assigned client representative(s) during the course of an instruction.
  • Manage or contribute to initial discussions preparation of tender documents delivering pitches/ presentations and conducting negotiations.
  • Ensure projects designs drawings presentations reports etc are delivered on time and in budget.
  • Strengthen C&W integrated portfolio by building links across business groups and global office network and working collaboratively to generate new instructions pool expertise and provide advice.

Skills & Experience:

  • MRICS or equivalent relevant professional qualification to the fit out project management role.
  • Proven track record in commercial fitout and refurbishment project management.
  • Excellent leadership communication and negotiation abilities.
  • IT skills (Auto CAD Photoshop MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
