As a Marketing Account Manager your primary goal is to serve as a primary point of contact for marketing projects serving primarily internal customers. The account manager will build and maintain strong relationships with assigned business partners ensure proactive planning clear communication and lead cross functional teams to support business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned projects and support interdepartment and businesspartner projects that involve marketing resources or via marketing channels.
- Serve as a champion for HQ marketing and ensure alignment with internal processes.
- Ensure proactive planning by identifying and gathering all pertinent project details including required asset deliverables and due dates.
- Create creative/project briefs for all requests to ensure cross functional teams are aligned to requests and timelines.
- Lead crossfunctional HQ teams (marketing legal CX etc. to ensure collaboration and seamless project and delivery.
- Regularly communicate updates progress and results ensuring transparent and proactive account management.
- Hold business partners and crossfunctional teams accountable and escalate as needed to ensure projects move forward.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of the problem to overcome objectives measures of success and challenges and convey appropriately.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
- Requires at 35 years of inhouse or agency marketing team and project management experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a proficient knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word; a working knowledge of project management programs is a plus.
- Current valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
