Were seeking a Full Stack Web Developer for our Orion product line. The Orion controls electrical substations while serving webpages for configuration diagnostics and usercreated graphical displays.
The ideal candidate will be selfmotivated and use good engineering judgment. You should have an interest in working in the electric utility industry. Responsibilities
- Create new and maintain existing product webpages.
- Participate in all stages of development from concept to implementation to maintenance.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user configuration webpages on a resourceconstrained embedded Linux platform.
- Produce easy to use responsive software update mechanisms.
- Provide informative user diagnostic information.
- Create and maintain animation features for user designed graphical displays.
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher with 3 years experience in a related field
- Must be highly motivated selfstarter that can also collaborate with team members.
- Must be experienced with JavaScript HTML CSS Python and MVC.
- Must have SQL experience.
- Must have working knowledge of Linux and GIT version control software.
- Must have the ability to update and enhance existing code bases.
- Knowledge of security practices a plus e.g. cross site scripting prevention and form validation.
- Must be willing to work in office environment minimum 3 days in office/2 days remote as an option fulltime 40 hours per week
