Position: Admissions Manager
Reporting to: Operations Head
Work Location: CIT Nagar Chennai
Admissions Strategy and
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed admission targets.
- Track and analyze admission performance metrics to refine processes.
- Oversee the entire admissions lifecycle ensuring a seamless applicant experience.
CRM Management (NoPaperForms)
- Implement and customize workflows within the CRM for lead management and tracking.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and improve conversion rates.
- Train team members on effective CRM utilization.
Website Maintenance
- Ensure the institutions website is uptodate informative and userfriendly.
- Collaborate with IT and content teams to update course details events and news.
- Monitor website analytics to improve engagement and usability.
Social Media Management
- Maintain and update the institutions official social media accounts.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to queries and comments on social platforms professionally.
Marketing and Outreach
- Plan and execute admission campaigns via digital and traditional channels.
- Organize events like open houses webinars and education fairs.
- Design promotional strategies to attract and retain prospective students.
Student Support Services
- Act as the primary contact for student and parent queries related to admissions.
- Provide guidance on program details career prospects and institutional offerings.
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all applicants.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work with academic departments to align admission strategies with institutional goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors for marketing events and admissions initiatives.
- Generate periodic reports on admissions website traffic and social media performance.
