About the Inside Sales Team

We firmly believe that sales and recruiting are one and the same. Selling involves influencing someone to act on a product service or opportunity. The GetScale Inside Sales team focuses on the fundamentals of sales rather than a script; our sales team is able to take a principlebased approach to navigate through any part of the (customer or worker) conversion process and consistently deliver outstanding results.

Inside Sales Manager

GetScale executes thousands of points of contact every single day; this requires effective and efficient coordination from the entire team. As a Sales Manager you will utilize your leadership coaching and analytical skills to optimize sales rep productivity on a highgrowth team.

We are seeking an experienced enthusiastic and goaldriven Inside Sales Manager to support our rapidly expanding client customer base. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales representatives to drive higher levels of conversion and increasingly greater results for our clients.

The Inside Sales Manager Will

  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead team syncs coachings and 1:1s with your team.
  • Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team and track their performance against these targets.
  • Monitor and analyze conversion metrics to ensure goals are met and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes to improve our sales and management processes.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new inside sales representatives.
  • Ensure new hires are properly onboarded and receive the necessary training to succeed in their roles.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture promoting professional growth and development.

About You

  • Willingness and capability to work from our Austin TX office four days a week.
  • Bachelors degree and/or relevant experience at a highgrowth company.
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales closing experience preferably in a high growth company.
  • A minimum of 1 year in sales management and/or team leadership experience.
  • A proven leader in management with a track record of developing people and building teams that achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to manage change effectively and lead teams through periods of growth and transformation.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics (Salesforce & Google Sheets) to assess team performance and inform coaching and development initiatives.
  • Experience implementing and managing sales processes and strategies within a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to foster a collaborative and motivating team environment driving continuous improvement and innovation.

What Well Deliver to You

  • Annual base salary of $70000 $82500 depending on experience
  • 15 performance bonus paid semiannually
  • Total annual cash compensation of $80500 $94875 depending on experience
