Role : Functional Expert Commercial Systems P2P APAC and ANZ
Location : Gurgaon
What are we looking for
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Business Logistics or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience in procurement inbound logistics vendor quality assurance or related field.
Business Administration education would be an advantage
Provide operational support to P2P process and systems
Drive Continuous Improvement Iniatives
Lead Project work in Business as Usual Activities
Support Digital Core S4 Hana Implementation
Support in Delivering System Governence
What will be your key Responsibilities
Provide operational support to P2P process and systems:
Troubleshoot P2P process and systems issues to ensure Commercial and other functions involved in P2P can operate effectively.
Ensure proper quality of MM master data relevant to Commercial scope.
Maintain connections with interfacing functional areas and Mars DT Support to ensure quickest possible resolution of issues and improvements delivery.
Share P2P process and systems knowledge ensure training opportunities.
Support knowledge management of the P2P process and systems to ensure effective and efficient use of existing best practice.
Provide P2P process and systems training for MGS Commercial and Business Segments to drive optimum knowledge transfer and global standardization.
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives:
Recommend and manage the CIPs to optimize P2P process and systems.
Support and organize major crossfunctional system upgrades with testing to ensure best practice is constantly rolled out.
Partner with Commercial Template Team and Mars DT Commercial Support to identify asses and pilot new functionalities.
Represent MGS Commercial in global meetings with FE community.
Benchmark P2P process with the external world to ensure Mars P2P remains world class.
Participate in projects related to commercial process and workflows:
Provide System roll out consultancy to new commercial areas to ensure optimum business take up.
Partner with Project Managers in projects with Commercial touch points.
Support in delivering proper governance:
Acting as approver for respective System roles.
Acting as approver and role owner for relevant processes and workflows in scope.
Support in creation and assignment of new roles in the System.
