Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Lead Financial Solutions youll report to the Head of Product Marketing and work closely with our Marketing & Growth functions (performance brand CRM) Product and Data teams. Your role will focus on successfully launching new product features and scaling Satispays product across markets to drive user adoption and engagement.

Your mission:

• Develop product marketing plans. Lead the creation and of marketing strategies to drive Financial product launches ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

• Channel Optimization. Test systematically new channels to maximise acquisition and engagement

• Drive crossfunctional collaboration. Coordinate with Product CRM and Creative teams to align on gotomarket strategies product positioning and messaging for effective launch campaigns.

• Drive continuous improvement. Continually assess program effectiveness employing industry best practices and seeking opportunities for improvement.

Your ideal profile:

• Proven experience. 8 years of marketing experience with expertise in people management.

• Effective Communication. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.

• Growth Mindset. Highly driven and focused on achieving goals a previous experience in a fastpaced or Tech company is a plus.

• DataDriven Expertise. Strong background in digital marketing (paid and social media) media CRM and affiliation.

• Strategic DecisionMaking. Able to prioritise and make decisions under resource constraints in a changing environment anticipating future needs.

• Innovation & . Innovative thinker with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output.

• Passion for personal finance and investment products. You have a strong interest in personal finance and investment products and you stay informed about the latest trends to develop relevant and impactful strategies.

• Language proficiency. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
