Our client is an independent Property Management company with an impressive portfolio of residential blocks under management across East Anglia and increasingly further afield. Having grown significantly in 2023/2024 and with further property management instructions pending they are now seeking a Service Charge Accountant to join their thriving Finance team.

Duties will include the preparation of Service Charge budgets actively working alongside the Property Management Department to ensure that these are realistic and distributed in a timely manner.

In addition the role involves processing invoices to ensuring of timely payments assisting Property Managers with financial queries and budget preparation preparing monthly reports issuing Service Charge demands analysing financial data managing accruals and prepayments reviewing budgets and overseeing credit control to ensure the prompt payment of invoices.

Candidates should have a similar background in service charge management/finance good communication and analytical skills along with the ability to work autonomously and with team members.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great team within a growing company and it comes with salary up to 40000 plus various benefits.
