What youll do
As a Lead Product Manager for the Agreement Data Platform team you will shape a frictionless data onboarding experience for Navigator customers. Youll work closely with a diverse range of collaborators including application teams business partners and crossfunctional teams to accelerate IAM development and enhance the daily experience of over a billion people in 180 countries. As Docusign continues repositioning its offerings to address the agreement trap through IAM you will play a strategic role in expanding reusable functionality that drives impactful customer experiences across the portfolio.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director Product Management.
Responsibility
Drive seamless agreement data onboarding for both existing and new Docusign customers working closely with sales and selfserve marketing teams
Shape the firsttime user experience for one of the key products in the IAM ecosystem collaborating with partners across design data science and engineering
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs around bringing data into Docusign ensuring a smooth and valuable onboarding process
Work crossfunctionally with other platform teams to enable agreement data ingestion at scale
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between inoffice and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly inoffice expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 12 years of experience in Product Management
- 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS software
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience driving complex projects across a large cross functional organization with multiple collaborators across Product Management Design and Engineering
- Experience with customer focus through qualitative and quantitative measures
Preferred
- Experience working on platform solutions
- Excellent executive presence verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building and gaining consensus for new product capabilities
- Shown experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams
- Bias towards building capabilities that scale and a focus on
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $171500.00 $277025.00 base salary
Illinois: $164800.00 $232750.00 base salary
Washington: $164800.00 $242225.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of preestablished sales goals. NonSales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
