Hi
Im the direct recruiter for a Portfolio Manager (or Deputy PM)lead roles with a specialized operational services provider to military/governments across 4 continents.
Negotiable Competitive Salary contract to direct hire

As Portfolio Manager or Deputy through Austability https://austability/ a global services provider to military/government agencies youll manage performance of Project(s) portfolio: goal alignment client satisfaction strategic oversight; ensure alignment with national security objectives contract requirements stakeholder expectations.
HIGHLIGHTS
Fixed 1year contract renewed up to 3years & potential for fulltime perm at any time
Deliver multiple location contracts/projects in Germany (current US Armed Forces military bases)
Planning/delivery/evaluation of programs/activities/commitments
Implement goals/objectives/strategic plan/policies/procedures
Manage/support various technical/administrative activities
Oversee payables/invoicepayment processing expense/budget reports maintaining strict financial controls
GermanUS agreement compliance with Bundeswehr/NATO requirements
Portfolio performance/risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate with gov agencies/military personnel/contractors/stakeholders ensure project success
Lead/mentor project teams fostering excellence & security awareness
Prepare/present reports to sr management/stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
College degree PMP or similar & 5 years Military/Government projects management to include:
Budget/schedule monitoring/control
Manage several concurrent projects/tasks
Client relations/business development
Obtain/maintain clearance to enter US Military bases
MS Office & MS Project (or similar)
German (native speaker) & English (written & verbal)
Prior work with EUCOM NATO Bundeswehr or US Armed Forces
