About the Job

Thriveworks is looking for a motivated individual for the Facility Utilities Coordinator position. Are you a creative problem solver Can you effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Do you inspire action in others If so you might be the person we are looking for!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Internet related requests

  • Coordinate the utilities of Thriveworks locations: Janitorial services pest control and others.

  • Schedule inspections and repairs as a result of facilities request form

  • Interface with landlords and property managers to resolve utilities issues

  • Mediate interactions between vendors and our onsite employees

  • Manage the onboarding keys process for Thriveworks locations

  • Be the liaison between vendors and our billing department

  • Maintain billing information updated for all utilities

  • Help fulfill supply order requests

  • Help manage the Thriveworks facilities email

  • Communicate site updates to the rest of the Real Estate and Facilities team as needed

Skills / Qualifications

  • An above average aptitude with verbal and written communication skills

  • Energetic with a positive attitude

  • True and patient problem solving skills

  • Must be very detail oriented

  • Selfdriven attitude and ability to work well independently

  • Experience working with G Suite and Monday (preferred)

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Must be able to learn new concepts and processes quickly

  • Must be able to go into the burg office possibility of being hybrid after the initial training period.

  • Property management experience (preferred)
