Job Description
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Property Management Specialist to lead our equipment management team. As a Senior Specialist you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive management of our diverse equipment portfolio ensuring operational efficiency compliance and strategic alignment with programmatic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishments storage plan.
- Work involves most of the following:
- Verify materials against receiving documents
- Noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages
- Routing materials to prescribed storage locations storing stacking or palletizedmaterials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
- Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials
- Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage
- Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
- Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records.
- Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements.
- The worker may operate hand power trucks and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a US Secret level clearance
- Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school. Degree can be substituted with 6 years of additional jobrelated experience.
- Minimum of eight 8 years of experience in property management on projects of similar scope and complexity to this requirement.
