The Business Development & Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth with new and existing OEM accounts worldwide specifically within the semiconductor wet processing segment. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to attract new OEM customers and expand partnerships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment leveraging business strategy technical expertise and market insights to support customer technical needs and achieve sales and profitability targets.

As a Regional Sales Manager youll have the opportunity to drive meaningful growth influence business strategy and be part of a highperforming team in a cuttingedge industry.
Build and implement a targeted OEM growth strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives.
Conduct indepth market analysis to understand key players product trends sales cycles and competitive positioning.
Develop business cases for OEMspecific products including brandlabeled modified and codeveloped solutions.
Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to OEMs providing product recommendations and onsite support.
Deliver technical training seminars to customers and internal teams to enhance product awareness.
Conduct application assessments and write test reports to address customer needs.
Gather and share market intelligence on trends competitors and opportunities.
Develop and maintain consistent reporting processes ensuring accurate and timely sales forecasts and business updates.
Meet and exceed sales and gross margin targets with OEM customers.
Ensure all administrative reporting and strategic planning requirements are completed on time.
Contribute to process and resource improvements to enhance overall team effectiveness.
Stay informed on customer needs and market trends to recommend new product opportunities.
Support and promote the companys mission vision and guiding principles.
Other duties as assigned
5 years of experience in OEM sales with a proven track record of new business development.
Experience in fluid handling equipment process controls industrial product distribution and/or OEM account development preferred.
Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
Travel
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50 including overnight stays with the ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments.
