Change Management Business Partner

Job Description

Provide change management support to new site to ensure the people side of change is successfully managed. Partner collaboratively with sending and receiving global business service leaders & project managers. Partner with global business service site Lead to create & deliver inventive solutions to sustain engagement & ensure robust communication. Build change capability within the center raise awareness of change enablement tools & techniques to drive process and excellence.

Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Global Business Service Center HR Lead the Learning & Development Manager will help shape the talent management vision strategy and planning process at the site in alignment with enterprise standards. Driven by their passion for people development they will create and execute learning plans related to professional and leadership skills and provide support as needed to ensure all required learning is delivered efficiently and effectively to all team members. The Learning & Development Manager will be called upon to facilitate and measure the success of learning programs supporting the sites engagement and enablement plans through the of a variety of developmentrelated programs.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Design and plan (in collaboration with cross functional team) the required change management (CM) interventions required to successfully set up site accountable for Change and Comms deliverables

  • Ensure receiving end of work is managed effectively for assigned projects and with peopleside considerations accounted for

  • Collaborate and partner with other set up roles to ensure a consistent approach for supporting the training & learning needs of site and teams

  • Lead the planning and followup for local events and programs such as town halls rewards and recognition program(s) and leader events (e.g. extended leadership team and team leader meetings).

  • Support dynamic interactions between local Global Business Service leadership and external stakeholder groups

  • Support and collaborate with local leadership to create engaging content and foster storytelling twoway dialogue and recognition opportunities that highlight strategic direction accomplishments and GBSs impact within and outside of .

  • Provide channel management tools and branding guidance to ensure alignment with corporate KC on all we do across change and communications

  • International hours of work and/or travel may be required

  • Strong analytical skills exceptional communication across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to effectively coach and mentor others; must be able to lead by influence

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail

  • Organizational agility capable of working in a matrix organization driving collaboration across businesses and functions

  • Innovative capabilities demonstrating strategic thinking and foresight

  • Continuous improvement mindset facilitates different perspectives encourages boundary breaking

  • Enthusiastic adaptable resilient and able to manage stressful situations & competing priorities

  • Able to manage teams remotely

  • Business acumen and experience with Global Business Service including (value proposition knowledge)

  • Proven change management and skills

  • Adept at learning the business creating internal partnerships fostering collaboration and recommending strategies that fit the Global Business Service culture and business model

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a high awareness of the project & program context. Fully competent at planning risk management and dependencymanagement.

  • Experience in stakeholder management on complex/ sensitive programs. Able to build credibility & impact with peers and leaders. Able to gain buyin to enable change

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication (including presentation) skills & a proven ability to develop maintain and enhance relationships

  • Confident facilitator

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in related field at least 8 yrs relevant experience

  • Proven track record of building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders

  • Change Management certification essential

  • Training experience preferred
