Who you are:
We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our AdmitONE ticketing team. This position will be reporting into the Managing Director of AdmitONE and focusing on supporting AdmitONE and its clients with consulting onsite support financial reconciliation and programming. The Client Success Specialist will also play a crucial role in identifying the technology features and needs for internal and external clients helping drive our product roadmap.
The Fine Print:
- Support the AdmitONE brand vision and values and ensures alignment in providing AdmitONE clients with Positive Shareable Experiences.
- Help manage a client support team (Customer Service Client Support and Programming).
- Help develop a team structure that supports a business of rapid growth.
- Audit and review quality assurance for AdmitONE and its clients.
- Help and identify how the ticketing product(s) are developed and supported to best meet the needs of its clients.
- Be assigned internal and external clients and execute client support plans.
- Help maintain and grow online customer service support and website faq/help features.
- Ongoing regular liaising with clients for any assistance needed with the AdmitONE platform.
- Lead the intake for new event/venue/show requirements.
- Key contact in understanding the ongoing clients requirement and queries.
- Maintains effective communication with clients in order to cultivate longlasting relationships.
- Lead and support with quick response times to tight turnarounds for the client requests.
- Responsible for effectively using and understanding of the AdmitONE functionality.
- Provide support and assistance to the Managing Director of AdmitONE in all areas of client success.
- Responsible for financial settlements with clients after events take place.
- Providing reporting needs from on sale to completion of the event.
- Liaise with venues and promoters for onsite software and hardware requirements.
- Other duties as required
We are looking for someone with:
- 13 years of ticketing experience
- Knowledge of hospitality event ticketing (cover charge special events timed entry)
- Knowledge of CRM POS Ticketing and project management systems (Asana Square Ticketing etc)
- Some supervisory experience supporting people
- Client service/success or client support experience preferred
- Low level experience in ticketing system administration or programming preferred.

Terms & Expectations
- Due to the nature of the work after hours correspondence may be required.
- Some travel can be expected to support large or national clients.
- Supervision of part time hourly staff will be required.
- In office 5 days a week expectations.
