Your new role why is this a great opportunity
The main purpose of the role is acting as an independent specialist reviewing and converting Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Ordersadvisingand sourcing suppliers following up on delivery of goods and services and resolvingprice and quantity blocks for all invoices.
Your primary tasks will include:
Reviewing and approving all kinds of PRs
Providing support in sourcing for all kind of requests for assigned categories
Resolvingprice and quantity blocks for all invoices
Performing internal controlsas per design
Writing andupdatingWorkInstructions andany knowledge management files
Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
Onboardingnew colleagues
Initiatingimprovements participatingand leadingimprovement projects
Performing ad hoc activities
Your future team
As our Specialist you will be part of team who consists of around 13 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible for Master Data Procurement Accounts Payable Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.
What you bring to the team
Higher university degree
1 2yearsof experiencein Operational Procurement
Solid knowledge of Operational Procurement processes and systems(knowledge of Ariba is an asset)
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable SAP FI & MM modules)
EnglishB2level
Continuous improvement practical experience
Procurement courses (is an asset)
