Responsibilities:Configure and customize TrackWise modules like CAPA Change Control Deviations and Complaints.Provide expertise in the support and maintenance of the TrackWise system.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure system integration and workflow design.Skills:Indepth knowledge of TrackWise configuration.Strong experience in workflow design and system integration.Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:Handle complaint management and quality assurance processes using TrackWise.Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.Support deviation and change control processes.Skills:Familiarity with TrackWise or similar quality management systems.Strong analytical and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
