The Company:
This is a Subsea company in the Oil & Gas market tasked with creating innovative solutions for their clients regarding corrosion mitigation. With state of the art lab facilities design centers and more than 30 years of experience make them a leader in cathodic protection corrosion investigation product innovation and subsea inspection. This is a company that has experience growth the last 3 years and continuing to grow now in their 6 offices positioned around the globe.
The Role:
This position will be a multifaced role with a focus in three main areas of operation; managing the consultancy to the client regarding sound mitigation solutions managing the design and delivery of products for that solution and managing the field operations personnel to ensure the right resources are allocated on time for installation or repair. This person will have a high degree of customer interaction as well as a heavy interface to internal company resources overseas. This role will support Sales in a large capacity and be involved with the bid and proposal process.
Review all documentation design specifications and bid proposals
Provide technical input to all ongoing projects and research initiatives
Oversee inhouse training and maintain certifications within the department
Assist in the technical specifications procedures design and project costs
Assist in customer meetings as needed
Manage internal staff as well as external contractors for all project requirements
Qualifications:
This individual should be a Bachelors degreed engineer with 10 years of experience in offshore or subsea fields with at least 5 years of management experience. The best person for this role will have strong experience in Engineering Management with oversight at multiple levels. This person should be able to multitask a variety of duties and be prepared to wear multiple hats.
