Job Description
NextRow Digitalis looking to add a Desktop Support Engineer to the team. You will be responsible for managingday to day support for employees in India and in US. You should be a fastlearner and adapt to new challenges. Be part of a fastgrowing team and buildyour career. Ideal candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage company assets for employees
Manage M365 licenses for employees
Support employees with troubleshooting of Windows /Mac software and hardware
Manage outside agencies for hardware repairs
Manage networks VPN
Experience required:
Office365/M365 experience with ActiveDirectory
Sharepoint experience
Basic Networking experience
Knowledge on power Platform admin centre.
Good to have:
Azure certification.
Should be able to make the team learn and try newconcepts.
