Job Description
Job Title: Growth Architect for Enterprise Development
Reporting Relationship: Executive Director of Enterprises
Unit: National & Global
Department: Regional Ventures & Operations
Campus Location: Indianapolis Ed Center North Indianapolis IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing Innovation
- Leveraging AI Architect creative marketing strategies that leverage cuttingedge digital tools and traditional platforms to increase customer engagement
- Analyze trends and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum impact and ROI for IWUN&G enterprises
- Enterprise Development Support
- Provide expert marketing insights and AIdriven actionable plans tailored to small business challenges
- Facilitate workshops toolkits and consultations to empower the entrepreneurs within the enterprise development division in achieving sustainable growth
- Strategic Partnerships
- Forge and nurture partnerships with local organizations industry leaders and influencers to enhance market positioning
- Cocreate collaborative programs and campaigns that amplify reach and align with business goals
- Event Design and Activation
- In collaboration with the Director of Events for IWUN&G envision and implement transformative events that drive brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Work within the existing standard operating procedures and the event team to manage event from conceptual planning to postevent analysis ensuring alignment with business growth objectives
- Performance Engineering
- Define key performance metrics and use analytics to refine strategies
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate growth achievements and opportunities
Qualifications:According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Development Entrepreneurship Design or a related field
Experience
- Three or more 3 years of experience in marketing event strategy or partnership development preferably with a focus on small businesses or entrepreneurial ventures
Required Skills
Core Competencies
o Creative thinking paired with practical skills
o Proficiency in CRM systems marketing platforms and event technologies
o Exceptional networking relationship management and communication abilities
o Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for small business success
Preferred Qualifications
o Experience in leveraging digital tools for hyperlocal marketing
o Knowledge of market trends impacting small enterprises
o Certifications in growth hacking digital marketing or related fields are a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS: This position may require occasional travel to small business locations events or networking engagements. A flexible and hybrid work environment is available emphasizing results over hours
