Job Description
Distribution Operations Manager
As a Distribution Manager with Restaurant Technologies you will be responsible for achieving depot results through Distribution team leadership within the depot including meeting the organization standards in people leadership customer service safety quality operational excellence and financial performance.
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm (This position will be on call every 3rd week Friday evening to Monday morning)
Pay Rate: $80000 $85000 annual bonus potential of up to 15
Primary Job Accountabilities:
- Develop and lead a team communicate and hold high standards of safety and performance.
- Accountability for workforce planning recruiting hiring onboarding employee engagement performance management recognition and development.
- Be a role model and enforce a safetydriven culture and operational excellence.
- Create a customerfocused culture working across centralized services and support teams to ensure customer needs are met. Guarantees that customers are satisfied and any inquiries incidents and issues are resolved in timely manner.
- Partner with the General Manager to meet the financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the depot/business. Manage the P&L budgets and metrics for Distribution operations.
Education Requirements & Competencies:
- 35 years experience in operations with 2 years of people management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of managing customer service challenges and wins
- Strong business acumen ; track record of achieving financial and operational goals
- Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective teams
Preferred: Candidates with strong background in DOT HOS Fleet Driver Management min. 3 years of Logistics Management experience.
